Timmothy A. Boettcher - President
Timm Boettcher is responsible for Realityworks’ overall operations, and serves on the company’s Board of Directors. Boettcher has more than 17 years of experience in engineering, product development, and operations from his work in the education, advanced technology, manufacturing, and distribution industries. Prior to joining Realityworks, he held positions at Cray Research, Wal-Mart Distribution, ACP Shop, and Demiurge Designs. Boettcher serves on the Board of Directors for the Eau Claire Economic Development Corporation, Gateway Corporation, and Western Wisconsin Workforce Resource, Inc. He is a member of the Association for Career and Technical Education, Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, IEEE Computer Society, International Society for Technology in Education, International Webmasters Association, and the National Association of State Directors of Career Technical Education. Boettcher holds six U.S. and foreign patents for Infant Simulation Technology, and has completed studies in Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
Deborah A. Severson – Director of Administration
Deb Severson is responsible for human resources, finance, information systems, production, supply chain and Board relations, and serves on the company’s Board of Directors. Severson has more than 30 years of experience in corporate administration, strategic business operations, and human resources from her work in the advanced technology, healthcare, and non-profit industries. Prior to joining Realityworks, she held positions in human resource and administration at Bethany-St. Joseph Corporation and Firstlogic, Inc., and served as a consultant for Carson Oaks, LLC. Severson serves on the Board of Directors of McKinley Charter School, is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, and teaches Organizational Behavior at Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, Wis. Severson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Record Administration from Viterbo University in La Crosse, Wis., and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minn.
Ted P. Okrzesik – Director of Engineering
Ted Okrzesik is responsible for engineering, R&D, project management, product development, quality control, and curriculum development. He has more than 25 years of experience in engineering, product development and operations from his work in the education, manufacturing and OEM industries. Prior to joining Realityworks, he served as an engineer for Stewart-Warner Electronics, and Zenith Electronics, and held positions at Shure Incorporated. Okzresik is a member of the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals and the Eau Claire Chamber of Commerce. He holds two U.S. patents for circuit designs, and earned a Bachelor of Science with Honors degree in Electrical Engineering, and a Master of Business Administration degree in Operations and Technology Management from the Illinois Institute of Engineering in Chicago.
David L. Dardano – Global Strategic Accounts Manager
David Dardano is responsible for Realityworks’ international distributor network and manages the district sales channel for the company’s U.S. market. Dardano has more than 20 years of experience in diversified sales experience from his work in manufacturing, education, and fitness environments. Prior to joining Realityworks, he worked with School Specialty, Inc., and earlier in his career, opened the Pillar Search Group. Dardano earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from Manhattan College in New York and a Master of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Queens College in Flushing, N.Y.
